Seriously? What the hell, Texas? You're already widely mocked as the one of the dumbest states in the union. You want to make that worse?
Worse still, reports come out nearly every week stating that employers are desperate for workers with critical thinking skills. So, in a state where a disproportionate amount of your students will finish the education with a high school diploma (or less), you want to make them LESS able to find a job?
