Rumor: US Gov't considering personal 'miles travelled' tax

Would install electronic devices in everybody's car and tax you based on the number of miles you drive. Good for the environment, bad for the pocketbook? Would miles driven to work be exempt? How is THAT figured? If not, you're going to tax me on making the money and on the miles I had to drive to get that money? WTF?

Parents...just block the '.xxx' domain on your computers and your children will be (generally) safe from pornography.
