Really? Wow. I know it's a cost cutting measure. And with e-mail/chat/everything else, they don't serve THAT much of a purpose. But, where will this learning experience go? Can anything replace that?
He says as he continues to work on software to remove bank tellers' jobs. *sigh* Someday, computers will do everything.
