Wow. Wait...does that mean that they're doing this just to appease us, since what they really owe us is MUCH more than that? Because that would be the business-smart choice.

Op-Ed: Require voters to take citizenship test in order to vote

I like it. I know it's probably bad and could NEVER get passed (mostly because conservatives are most likely to have its supporters not pass it), but it's an interesting thought.

Like the op-ed says, it's not about stupidity (though I'd probably be for a test of that nature also), but about not knowing things about the government system we use.

Lots of people like to talk about how they love our country and democracy; all the while, they don't have any clue what that actually means...or how it really works.

I'm in.
