Study: Fewer 16 y.o. drivers increases 18 y.o. driver deaths
FTA - Strong driver's license laws have led to fewer fatal crashes among 16-year-olds but with a disturbing side effect � more fatal accidents among 18-year-olds, a nationwide study found.
This is what happens when people don't start driving until they're 18. They go out and start driving WITHOUT a parent around. Without someone to tell them the common sense, but not in the book, driving lessons that prevent accidents....and apparently auto accident deaths.
