NOOOO. This means that they will stop producing the TouchPad and will not release any further hardware running WebOS, including phones.

There are still possibilites for licensing WebOS to other manufacturers (like Google does with Android), but I am doubtful there will be takers with Android and iOS thoroughly dominating the market.
