News: Wikileaks to publish 'massive' cache of Iraq War docs

Sources say that the leak will be the biggest in history. Also, several news organizations from around the world are cooperating with Wikileaks to gain access to the information and simultaneously publish stories about the data on the day they are published. This is similar to when the New York Times, the Gaurdian (UK) and Der Spiegel (Germany) did the same in July on the Wikileaks leaked Afghan War logs.

News: Nev. Gov. candidate wants $25 'speeding pass', up to 90 mph

I had this idea a while ago. Though, mine included a training course to certify that you could react fast enough and safely enough to be allowed to drive at higher speeds.

This guy just wants you to be able to pay $25 and then not worry about a ticket, up to 90 mph anyway. Odd stuff.
