News: Vivek Kundra quits as federal CIO
Mr. President,
I'd be happy to fill the position recently vacated by CIO Vivek Kundra. My background in public service, development, and teaching make me an ideal candidate for this position....minus the fact that I've never held a legitimate leadership position within IT management. I am, however, president of the Minnesota State Association of Parliamentarians...if that helps.

3CCOA: Schools CAN punish students for off-campus, online speech
Applying the 'substantial disruption in the school' standard. I tend to agree. The problem is that the definition of substantial disruption is no where near clearly defined. Students talking about it in class is not a substantial disruption. MTV can do that. So, that's good here. But, it WILL be used incorrectly, it just has to. And then we're in trouble.

Good lord.
My ONLY hope here is that she goes so far off the deep end. And that her fellow Republican presidential candidates will obliterate her during debates and other speaking engagements.
Also, I apologize to all other Republican presidential candidates for the implication that a Bachmann candidacy is of the same legitimacy and honor as theirs...

Pretty cool. No more unbranded, odd interface in-flight entertainment. Samsung Galaxy Tab, widely considered the best tablet on the market that ISN'T an iPad, will be on flights between New York and select long-haul trips.
