From the opinion by Justice Scalia - �Our cases have been clear that the obscenity exception to the First Amendment does not cover whatever a legislature finds shocking, but only depictions of �sexual conduct,� Scalia wrote. He added that the videogame law �abridges the First Amendment rights of young people whose parents (and aunts and uncles) think violent videogames are a harmless pastime.�
