Canada law is protecting a blogger displaying the video of Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili against an IOC takedown order. Pretty cool stuff. The IOC asserts that it owns ALL rights to all images taken at the game. But Canadian law allows copyrighted images to be used in newsworthy cases. Will be interested to see how this one turns out.
