This guy thinks the FBI put a computer into his head. So he decides to run his car into the FBI building to destroy said computers. Seems reasonable enough.
Problem was, what he THOUGHT was the FBI building was actually the University of Minnesota Public Health building, causing $20K is damage.
The mistake was in the address. The FBI building is as 111 Washington Ave. He hit 1110 Washington Ave. Missed it by that much. And by 'that,' I mean a mile or so.
