News: John King to replace Lou Dobbs on CNN

I really don't know what happened.

Back when, I used to praise Lou Dobbs. He was smart, frank and straight-forward. He asked the tough questions that others were afraid to ask, and somehow found a way to do it without being politically incorrect (or at least not caring if he was). And we were all the better for it.

Then he started on illegal immigration. That's pretty much when the wheels fell right off the wagon. He went nuts. Regardless if they were politically incorrect or not, the important thing was that he started saying things that weren't correct. He started using baseless arguments and going overboard on the effect and extent of the problem. And with his supposed sanity went his viewers.
